The main focus of the role is to provide direct service to customers and staff, finalizing all sales through cash or credit, and input of information into our retail management system.
Ideally, you will have some cash handling and point-of-sale system experience. Working with us will involve a shift schedule as per requirement.

General Responsibilities of this Post:
- Should maintain all cash handling procedures.
- Assist with stock-takes and the replenishment of stock at the unit
- Operate as part of a team
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of all controls in the unit, specifically in relation to cash.
- Ensure own and surrounding areas remain clean / high hygiene standards,
- Oversee and ensure float is correct.
- Carry out other special duties or work outside the normal daily routine, but within the overall scope of the position.
- Attend to any reasonable request by management.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Candidate with previous cashiering experience and the processing and receipting of cash at store level – Essential
- Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Interpersonal skills.
- Accurate & attention to detail.
- Strong client and customer service skills.
- Team Player & Honest
