Online Data Capturer / Junior Customers Services Administrator is needed

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role is essential.
  • Computer literacy with basic Word and Excel skills is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Must be fluent in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Capturing all incoming orders and data onto the system.
  • Answering incoming calls to the Customers Services department as well as diverting calls to the relevant consultants.
  • Escalating queries from customers to management and other relevant channels.
  • Providing assistance to the Customers Services consultants with general administrative tasks when required to do so.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
