Online Data Capturer / Junior Customers Services Administrator is needed
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is essential.
- Computer literacy with basic Word and Excel skills is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be fluent in English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Capturing all incoming orders and data onto the system.
- Answering incoming calls to the Customers Services department as well as diverting calls to the relevant consultants.
- Escalating queries from customers to management and other relevant channels.
- Providing assistance to the Customers Services consultants with general administrative tasks when required to do so.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
