RECEPTION
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages through company internal CRM database
- Greet all visitors by offering refreshments, inform the appropriate staff of their arrival
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Manage appointments and boardroom bookings
- Assist with catering for meetings
- Ensure contract cleaners are keeping the premises clean and tidy
- Receive incoming mail/packages and prepare outgoing mail/packages
- Open and close reception, responsible for locking doors at the end of the day
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Schedule customer collections from site including contacting customers by phone, assigning date and time slots, following up in email, chasing customers on failed collections and greet them on arrival
- Track, order and manage office supply inventory and maintain appropriate quantities including tea, coffee, milk etc
- Assist with administrative overflow and special projects as and when required
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
