Personal Assistant job vacancy – Finovate, Johannesburg

Finovate, an established company in the construction industry, is looking for a highly experienced Personal Assistant in Bryanston, Gauteng area.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma will be beneficial.
  • Must have 2 to 3 years working experience in the construction industry* as a Personal Assistant or as a Secretary.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
    Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior management.
  • General administration, filing and printing.
  • Capturing of data and information.
  • Printing of payslips.
  • Checking of expenses and correlation with invoices.
  • General administration for staff on site and assistance with building plans.
    Skills and Competencies:


  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Detail orientated.

  • Responsible.

Working hours: 7:30 – 17:00, monday to friday.

Salary offered: R20 000 per month.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Area: Bryanston, Sandton, Gauteng.
