Finovate, an established company in the construction industry, is looking for a highly experienced Personal Assistant in Bryanston, Gauteng area.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Degree or Diploma will be beneficial.
- Must have 2 to 3 years working experience in the construction industry* as a Personal Assistant or as a Secretary.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Supporting senior management.
- General administration, filing and printing.
- Capturing of data and information.
- Printing of payslips.
- Checking of expenses and correlation with invoices.
- General administration for staff on site and assistance with building plans.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Fully computer literate.
- Customer service driven.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Problem solver.
- Show initiative.
Working hours: 7:30 – 17:00, monday to friday.
Salary offered: R20 000 per month.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
Area: Bryanston, Sandton, Gauteng.
