Key duties/Responsibilities will include
Administrative work
Faxing
Interactive response to Emails/ ivr
Effective customer liaison and query resolution
Good listener, able to analyse and interpret information
Timeous Communication and follow through on all events & calls received.
All duties requested by the line manager
Ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained and problems solved.
Qualifications and skills
Grade 11-12 / Eqivalents.
Excellent Communication skills
Team players
Adoptable
