South African National Parks Vacancies – (SANParks) requires the services of two (2) Drivers at Skukuza Safari Lodge.
Paterson Grading: B2
The successful candidate will be expected to stay outside the Park and be paid housing allowance since there is no official accommodation in the Park.

Requirements:
- At least Grade 12 certificate
- Code 10 (EC1) Driver’s license with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Minimum five (5) years of driving experience.
- Literate (read and write) in the English
- Understanding of conservation and environmental issues
- Good communication, interpersonal as well as problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- To drive vehicle allocated to the lodge and daily completion of trip sheets
- To transport equipment and goods for the Lodge.
- To transport food between the Conference Centre and the Lodge
- To transport guest between the Airport and Lodge
- To take responsibility for goods from point of loading to point of delivery.
- To collect and deliver the linen for the Lodge.
- To assist with the general duties of the lodge in the absence of driving duties
- To conduct daily inspection of a vehicle according to a prescribed inspection sheet and report of defaults or accidents.
- To complete monthly vehicle log sheet.
