Minimum Requirement is Grade 10-12 or its equivalent.
Duties/Roles
- Answering Incoming calls from both prospective and clients
- Handling queries and complaints
- Providing products and services information clients
- Making outgoing calls to customers especially prospective customers
- Updating customer information
- Escalating to appropriate personnel
- Providing technical supports
